ÖZET
Akkiz ve kalıtılmış trombofililerin tromboembolik olaylarla ilişkili olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda aktive protein C resistansı, faktör V Leiden mutasyonu ve lupus antikoagülanının birlikte bulunduğu bir vaka gözden geçirildi. Bu olgu, venöz trombozla presente olmuş genç hastaların değerlendirilmesinde trombofili nedenlerinin önemine ve uzun dönem yönetimlerindeki bazı farklılıklara örnek teşkil etmektedir.

Activated Protein C Resistance: A Case Report
SUMMARY
It is known inherited and acquired thrombophilias are associated with thromboembolic events. In this case report, a case with activated protein C resistance, Factor V Leiden mutation and lupus anticoagulant scrutinized. This case illustrates importance of thrombofilias and some differences of long term managements in evaluation of young patients who present with venous thrombosis.
