Spontan Perforasyonla Gelen ve Sıkı Bandaj Kapama Tedavisine Cevap Veren Bir Terrien Marjinal Dejenerasyon Olgusu Berna DEMİREL, Eylem YAMAN PINARCI, Eyüp DURGUT, Vedat KAYA ÖZET Ani gelişen sulanma ve görme azalmasıyla başvuran spontan kornea perforasyonu ve bilateral Terrien’in marginal dejenerasyonu saptanan 28 yaşındaki olgunun sıkı bandaj kapama tedavisi sonrası perforasyonun kapandığı ve ön kamaranın oluştuğunu bildirmek amaçlandı. Anahtar Kelimeler: Korneal incelme, Spontan perforasyon, Terrien’in marginal dejenerasyonu Terrien’s Marginal Degeneration Presenting with Spontaneous Corneal Perforation Closure with Tight Bandage SUMMARY We report spontaneous corneal perforation as a presenting sign of bilateral Terrien’s marginal degeneration in a 28-year-old man who presented with hyperlacrimation and sudden loss of vision in his right eye.
