Kapatma cihazının embolizasyonu bu işlemlerde nadir olmayan bir komplikasyondur. Cihaz embolizasyonu çoğunlukla ilk saatler içinde ve pulmoner artere doğru gerçekleşir. Bu yazıda ASD kapatma cihazının hem erken hem de geç dönemde ve her ikisinde de aortaya embolize olduğu bir vaka sunulmaktadır. Embolization of the closure device is a “not infrequent” complication of the procedure. The device usually migrates into the pulmonary artery and in the early stage after the procedure.We, herein, present a case in which the closure device migrated into the aorta twice, first in the early and the other one in the late stage after the procedure.
