Travmatik Subkonjunktival Lens Dislokasyonu Fatih Mehmet TÜRKCÜ, Yasin ÇINAR, Harun YÜKSEL, Kürşat CİNGÜ, İhsan ÇAÇA ÖZET Künt travma sonrası özellikle yaşlı olgularda skleral rijidite ve kataraktöz lense bağlı olarak skleral rüptür gelişerek lens subtenon veya subkonjunktival alana yer değiştirebilir. Eğer olgularda dikkatli muayene yapılmaz ise gözden kaçabilecek bir durumdur. Biz makalemizde 2 gün önce inek boynuzu çarpması sonrasında görme kaybı şikayeti ile gelen ve gözünde fakosel tespit edilen olguyu sunmayı amaçladık. Anahtar Kelimeler: Fakosel, Lens dislokasyonu, Travma Traumatic Subconjunctival Lens Dislocation SUMMARY Especially in the elderly patients, blunt trauma may lead to the shift of the lens in the subconjunctival space through the scleral rupture site due to the scleral rigidity and cataractous lens. If a careful examination is not be performed this condition might go unnoticed.
