ÖZET

Retina ve retina pigment epitelinin kombine hamartomu nadir rastlanan benign konjenital bir lezyondur. İlk semptom genellikle ağrısız görme azalmasıdır. Malign melanoma, retinoblastoma ve diğer göz içi kütlelerle karışabileceğinden doğru tanı çok önemlidir. Bu olgu sunumunda, sol gözde retina ve retina pigment epitelinin kombine hamartomu tanısı koyduğumuz 21 yaşındaki bir erkek hastanın klinik, optik koherens tomografi (OKT) ve flöresein fundus anjiyografi (FFA) özelliklerini sunuyoruz.

Combined Hamartoma of the Retina and Retinal Pigment Epithelium

ABSTRACT

Combined hamartoma of the retina and retinal pigment epithelium is a rare, benign congenital lesion. The first symptom is usually painless loss of vision. An appropriate diagnosis is crucial because the lesion may be confused with more serious conditions such as malign melanoma, retinoblastoma, or other intraocular masses. With this case we present clinical, optical coherence tomography (OCT) and fluoresein angiographic findings of a 21-year old man with combined hamartoma of the retina and retinal pigment epithelium in his left eye.
