Özet

Hematolojik hastalıklar kanama ve trombozun en önemli ve sistemik etkilere neden olabilen etyolojik nedenlerindendir. Hematolojik bozuklukların eşlik ettiği ve diğer nedenler ile antikoagulan kullanımının gerektiği durumlar sorun oluşturmaktadır. Bu derlemede bu konular mevcut bilgiler ışığında tartışılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Haematologic Disorders and Warfarin Usage

Summary

Haematologic diseases are the most important and causing systemic effects of hemmorrhagies and trombosis as an ethyologic cause. It is problematic in cases with hematologic diseases and concomittant problems which need the use of anticoagulation.  In this review we discussed this topic in the light of current knowledge.
