Görme Kalitesini Artırmada Kontakt Lensler Güncel Durum Hilmi OR ÖZET Kontakt lenslerde görme kalitesini artıran dört durum tanımlanabilir: Gözlük ile olan görme kalitesinin artırılması, gözlükle düzeltme ile artmayan görme kalitesinin artırılması, fizyolojik görmenin bazı boyutlarını azaltıp görüntü algılamanın artırılması ve patolojik olan bir görme işlevinin değiştirilip görme kalitesini artırılması. Son yıllarda bu konularda hızlı değişim ve gelişimler olmuştur. Gözdeki aberasyonları da düzelten asferik kontakt lensler, astigmatın aksının daha iyi stabilizasyonunu sağlayan yeni tasarımlı yumuşak torik kontakt lensler günlük kullanımdadır. Segmente, asferik ve difraktif presbiyopik kontakt lensler ile gözlüğe bir alternatif oluşmuştur. Geleneksel sert gaz geçirgen lenlerin altlarında oluşturdukları gözyaşı tabakası ile çok zor olgularda optik düzeltme sağlayabildiği unutulmamalıdır. Piggy back ve hidrid kontakt lensler yumuşak lensin konforunu, sert lensin optik özelliklerini kombine eden kontakt lenslerdir. Renkli spor kontakt lensleri spor yaparken görülmesi rahatsız eden geniş renkli alanları elimine etmek için üretilmişlerdir. Renkli haploskopik filtreli kontakt lensler renk görme anomalisi olan hastalarda renk algılamayı artırma, dislekside ise okumayı normalleştirme için kullanılırlar. In the last years there has been a vast change and improvement in these fields. Aspheric contact lenses eliminating the aberrations of the eye and toric soft contact lenses with new designs for a better stabilisation the axis of the astigmatism are in the daily use. Segmented, aspheric and diffractive presbyopic contact lenses are an alternative to glasses. It should be remembered that conventinal hard gas permeable contact lenses can perform optical correction in even very difficult cases with the tear film under the lens. Piggy back and hybrid contact lenses are lenses combining the comfort of the soft lenses with the optical properties of the hard lenses. Colored sport contact lenses are manufactured to eliminate the wide colored fields causing discomfort when performing sports. Colored haploscopic filter contact lenses are used in colour anomaly patients to improve the colour perception and in dyslectic patients to normalize reading.
