Klorokin Retinopatisi Selim DEMİR, Yüksel SÜLLÜ ÖZET Fokal segmental glomerülosiklerozis tanısıyla çocukluğunda yaklaşık 10 yıl klorokin tedavisi alan 35 yaşında erkek hasta ilerleyici görme kaybı, ışıktan rahatsızlık ve gece az görme şikayetleri ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Hastanın yapılan oftalmoskopik muayenesinde her iki gözde “bull’s eye” makülopati ve periferik retinada pigmenter değişiklik olduğu görülerek son dönem klorokin retinopatisi teşhisi konuldu. Hastanın şikayetlerinin ilacı kullanırken olmadığı, ilacı kestikten uzun süre sonra ortaya çıktığı öğrenildi. Olguda optik koherens tomografi, görme alanı ve fundus floresein anjiyografisi ile hastalığın karakteristik özellikleri görüldü. Bu olgu sunumu ile nadir olarak görülen klorokin kullanımına bağlı gelişen retinopati muayene bulguları ve hastalığın genel özellikleri gözden geçirildi. Anahtar Kelimeler: Klorokin, Bull’s eye makülopati, İlerleyici görme kaybı, Optik koherens tomografi Cloroquine Retinopaty SUMMARY A 35-year-old man suffering from progressive visual loss, nyctalopia and photophobia was diagnosed as having chloroquine retinopathy with classical fundoscopic and angiographic findings. At the time, he had been on chloroquine for approximately 10 years for focal segmental glomerulosclerosis in his childhood years. He had no visual problem during treatment, and symptoms occurred many years after stopping the treatment. Slit lamp examination revealed bilateral bull’s eye maculopathy and peripheral pigmentary changes with bone spicules. Classical features of the disease were detected on optical coherence tomography, visual fields and fundus fluorescein angiograpy. With this case report, we wanted to present ophthalmological features as well as general characteristics of this rare disease.
