Dr. Mehmet Vedat ÇALDIR Afşin Devlet Hastanesi Kardiyoloji Bölümü, Kahramanmaraş Özet Kültür mantarı (Agaricus bisporus), toksin içermeyen ve sık tüketilen bir mantar türüdür. Hafif gastro intestinal bulgular dışında zehirlenme yapmadığı bilinmektedir. Olgumuzu, atrial fibrilasyonun geçici ve akut nedenleri arasında mantar zehirlenmesinin yer almamasına rağmen, kültür mantarı yenilmesi sonucu gelişen akut atrial fibrilasyon olgusu olması nedeniyle sunmak istedik. Summary The button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) is known to be a non-toxic and a frequently consumable species of funguses. Only mild gastrointestinal discomfort has been reported about it. Although mushroom toxication is not reported as one of temporary and acute causes of atrial fibrillation, we aimed to present this case for appearance of atrial fibrillation following ingestion of button mushroom.
