Brusellozlu Bir Olguda İdyopatik İntrakranyal Hipertansiyon: Olgu Sunumu Özge SARAÇ, Başak BOSTANCI-CERAN, Canan GÜRDAL, İzzet CAN ÖZET Bruselloz gelişmekte olan ülkelerde sık rastlanan zoonotik bir hastalıktır. Brusella, birçok organ ve sistem tutulumuna yol açabildiğinden hastalık seyrinin her hastada farklı olması tanı koymayı zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu makalede bruselloz ve idyopatik intrakranial hipertansiyon tanısı konan 28 yaşında bir kadın hastayı sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Bruselloz tanısı ile izlenmekte iken baş ağrısı ve görme bulanıklığı gelişen hastanın yapılan oftalmolojik muayenesinde papil ödem gözlendi. Yapılan beyin Manyetik Rezonans (MR) görüntülemesinde patolojik bir bulgu saptanmadı. Nöroloji bölümü tarafından yapılan lomber ponksiyon sonucuna göre beyin omurilik sıvısı (BOS) basıncı 400 mm H2O, BOS glukoz ve protein miktarları ise normal düzeylerde idi. Hastaya idyopatik intrakranyal hipertansiyon tanısı kondu. Brusella ile birlikte görülebilen idyopatik intrakranyal hipertansiyon literatürde oldukça az sayıda hastada rapor edilmiştir. Since Brucella may impair the functions of many organs and systems, different manifestations and patterns of the disease may complicate the diagnosis. The aim of this report was to present a 28 year-old female patient with brucellosis and idipathic intracranial hypertension. Papilledema was detected in the patient with the diagnosis of brucellosis who developed headache and blurred vision. There was no pathologic finding in the cranial Magnetic Resonance imaging. The lumber punction which was performed by the neurology department revealed 400 mm H2O cerebrospinal fluid (CF) pressure with normal CF glucose and protein levels. The diagnosis of idipathic intracranial hypertension was made. Idiopathic intracranial hypertension along with brucellosis has been reported in a limited number of articles in the literature.
