Erken tanı ve tedavi görme kayıplarını en aza indirebilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda travmatik akut retrobulber hemoraji gelişen bir olgu ile birlikte tanı ve tedavi hakkında genel bilgi sunulmuştur.
