Akut Miyokard Enfarktüsü ve İnme Tablosunda Başvurup Tekrarlayan Trombotik Ataklarla Seyreden Hiperhomosisteinemili Bir Olgu Dr. Gurbet Özge YUNUS, Yrd.Doç.Dr. Hüseyin Uğur YAZICI, Dr. Kadir Uğur MERT, Prof.Dr. Bülent GÖRENEK, Prof.Dr. Ahmet ÜNALIR Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Kardiyoloji Ana Bilim Dalı, Eskişehir Özet Hiperhomosisteinemi ateroskleroz için bağımsız bir risk faktörü olup, hem kardiyovasküler hem de serebrovasküler olay riskini arttırır. Etyolojisinde ya homosistein metabolizmasında yer alan enzimlerin genetik defektleri ya da kofaktör olarak kullandıkları vitaminlerin nütrisyonel eksiklikleri yatmaktadır. Hiperhomosisteinemi hem ateroskleroz hem de tromboz gelişiminde artışla ilişkilidir. Bu yazıda akut miyokard enfarktüsü ve akut iskemik inme tablosunda başvurup, tekrarlayan tromboz ile seyreden hiperhomosisteinemili bir olgu bildirildi. Gene defects of enzyms or nutritional insufficiency of cofactor vitamins in homocystein metabolism are the main etiology of hyperhomocysteinemia. Hyperhomocysteinemia is associated with the increase in development of atherosclerosis and also thrombosis. In this article a case with hyperhomocysteinemia formated recurrent thrombosis, who has presented to hospital with acute myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke is reported.
