Tuberosklerozis Kompleksi: Lens Kolobomu ve Retinal Astrositik Hamartom İdil GÖKSEL, Pervane ABDULLAYEVA, Ayça SARI ÖZET Tuberoskleroz (TS) santral sinir sistemi, deri, göz, böbrek ve diğer birçok organı tutan, hamartomatöz tümörlerle karakterize bir çoklu sistem hastalığıdır. Hastalık için karakteristik göz bulguları; göz kapaklarında anjiyofibromalar, şaşılık, iriste hipopigmente lezyonlar, iridosiliyer, retinal ve optik diskte astrositik hamartomlardır. İris, lens ve koroid kolobomlarına TS’da az rastlansa da hastalık için önemli bulgulardır. Bu çalışmada sol gözünde retinal astrositik hamartomu ve lens kolobomu olan çoklu organ tutulumlu tuberosklerozis kompleksi olan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Tuberoskleroz, Retinal astrositoma, Lens kolobomu Tuberosclerosis Complex: Lens Coloboma and Retinal Astrocytic Hamartoma SUMMARY Tuberous sclerosis complex is a multisystem disease which is characterized by the development of multiple hamartomas distributed at various sites through the body, especially in the eye, brain, skin, kidney, heart and liver. The predominant ophthalmological manifestations are astrocytomas appearing in retina, optic nerve and uveascleral part, strabismus, eyelid angiomyolipomas and patchy iris hypopigmentation. Colobomas of iris, lens and choroid are rarely seen, but that are important signs for the disease. Here, we discuss an unusual case admitted to our clinic who had retinal astrocytic hamartomas and lens coloboma in the left eye with multisystem organ involvement.
