SOYLU ÖZET Optik sinir başı pigmentasyon değişikliği bulunan ve Mart 2004 - Mayıs 2008 yılları arasında Çukurova Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi (ÇÜTF) Göz Kliniği’ne başvuran 5 olgunun dosyası retrospektif olarak incelendi. Üç olguda; optik sinir başı melanositoması, bir olguda; oküler toksoplazmozise bağlı koryoretinal atrofi, bir olguda; konjenital retina pigment epitel hipertrofisi olduğu gözlendi. Optik sinir başı pigmentasyon değişiklikleri genellikle selim lezyonlardır. Optik sinirin malign melanomu da benzer değişiklikler gösterebildiğinden bu hastaların uzun süreli takip edilmesi gerekliliği unutulmamalıdır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Optik sinir başı pigmentasyonu, Melanositom, Malign melanom Pigmentation Changes of Optic Nerve Head SUMMARY The medical charts of 5 patients who had admitted to Cukurova University of Medical Faculty Eye Clinic between March 2004-May 2008 with pigmentary changes of the optic nerve head were retrospectively reviewed. In 3 patients; melanositoma of the optic nerve head, in one patient; chorioretinal atrophy which depends on presumed ocular toxoplasmosis, in one patient; congenital hypertrophy of retinal pigment epithelium were observed. Pigmentary changes of the optic nerve head are generally benign lesions. Due to the fact that the optic nerve head malignant melanoma may show similar changes, the necessity of long-term outcome of these patients should not be forgotten.
