The pyloric muscle is hypertrophied and the pyloric channel becomes narrow and elongated, causing gastric outlet obstruction. This is a case report of antenatal ultrasound findings from a fetus that was ultimately diagnosed with pyloric stenosis in the mid neonatal period.
