İris Kistli Olan Hastada Nd: YAG Lazer Kistotomi ile Tedavi

ÖZET
Görme azalması ve kızarıklık nedeniyle kliniğimize başvuran 51 yaşında erkek hastanın sol gözünde, pupilin yaklaşık yarısını kaplayan iris kisti tespit edildi. Sağ göz doğal idi. Hastanın göze ait sorgulamasında özelliğe rastlanmadı. Hastanın medikal tedavi ile kontrol altında olan sistemik hipertansiyonu mevcut idi. Hastanın görmesi sol gözünde 0,1 idi. Tedavi olarak topikal anestezi altında Nd:YAG lazer kistotomi yapıldı. Tedavi sonrası hastanın görmesi 1,0’a çıktı. Herhangi bir yan etkiye rastlanmadı.

Nd:YAG Laser Cystotomy in a Patient with Iris Cyst
ABSTRACT
Iris cyst which covers about half of pupil is located in the left eye of 51-year old male who was consulted to our clinic with visual acuity decrease and red eye. Right eye was normal. There was nothing remarkable in ocular history. Patient had systemic hypertension which was under control with medical treatment. Visual acuity was 0.1 in his left eye. Nd:YAG laser cystotomy was performed as treatment under local anesthesia. Visual acuity increased to 1.0 after treatment. There was no complication.
