Onbir yaşındaki erkek hasta bilateral papilödem tanısı ile nöro-oftalmoloji birimimize refere edildi. Bir yıl kadar önce sağ gözüne künt travma geldiği tarif edilmekteydi. Düzeltilmiş görme keskinliği her iki gözde tamdı, ön segment biyomikroskopik muayenesi doğaldı. Fundus muayenesinde her iki gözde optik disk sınırlarının silik olduğu ve optik diskin kabarık olduğu seçiliyordu. Ayrıca sağ gözde fovea dışı vertikal koroidal rüptür ve her iki gözde portakal kabuğu görünümü izleniyordu. Fundus otoflöresan görüntülemede bilateral optik disk druseni görüldü. Optik koherans tomografi bulguları da optik disk druseni ile uyumluydu. Flöresein anjiyografi sağ gözde koroidal rüptürü gösterirken, koroid neovaskülarizasyonu görülmedi. Bu olgu sunumunda optik disk druseni ile anjioid streak birlikteliği vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca bu olgu bize künt göz travmalarının anjioid streak hastalarında koroidal rüptüre neden olabileceğini göstermektedir.

Eleven-year-old, male patient was referred to our neuro-ophtalmology department with the diagnosis of bilateral papiledema. Blunt eye trauma was described about 1 year ago in the right eye. Best corrected visual acuity was complete in both eye and biomicroscopic examination of anterior segment was natural. Fundus examination showed optic disk margins were swollen and bulged in both eye. There was also extra foveal vertical choroidal rupture in the right eye and peaud’orange appearence in both eye. Fundus autofluorescence imaging revealed bilateral optic disc drusen. Optical coherence tomography findings were also compatible with optic disc drusen. Fluorescein angiography showed choroidal rupture with no choroidal neovascularization in the right eye. In this case report the association of optic disc drusen with angioid streaks is expressed. This case also showed us blunt eye trauma can lead the choroidal rupture in angioid streaks patients.
