ÖZET

Koroner subklaviyan steal sendromu nadir bir durum olmakla beraber, koroner arter by pass cerrahisinde greft olarak left internal mamarial arter (LİMA)'in kullanımının artması ile birlikte klinik önem kazanmıştır. Gerek anjioplasti, gerekse operasyon ile tedavi edilebilir bir durum olmasına rağmen, operasyon öncesi dikkatli bir değerlendirme ile bu sendrom önlenebilmektedir. Biz klinik önemine dikkat çekmek için koroner by pass operasyonu sonrası anginal şikayetleri tekrar eden koroner-subklaviyan sendromlu bir hastayı sunmayı amaçladık.

SUMMARY

Coronary-Subclavian Steal Syndrome in a Patient Undergoing Coronary By-Pass: Case Report
In addition to be a rare condıtıon, coronary subclavian steal syndrome has gained clinical importance with the increase of the use of left internal mamarial artery (LİMA) as a greft in coronary bypass surgery. Although it was a curable condution by means of both percutan angioplasty and an surgery, this syndrome can be prevented with a careful evaluation before operation. In order to attract attention to the clinical importance, we aimed to present a patient with coronary subclavian syndrome having repeatingly anginal complaint after coronary by-pass operation.
