ÖZET
Dual ön inen arter (LAD) seyrek bir anomali olup literatürde nadiren bildirilmiştir. Bugüne dek aynı hastada dual LAD ve dual sağ koroner arter (RCA) hiç bildirilmemiştir. İlk kez bizim olgumuzda, dual LAD ve dual RCA saptanmış olup ateroskleroz gözlenmeştir.

Dual LAD and Dual RCA in the Same Patient
SUMMARY
A dual anterior descending artery is an exceptionally rare entity, and only 6 cases have been reported in the literature. Dual left anterior descending artery and dual right coronary artery in the same patient had not been reported. First time we report the case of a dual anterior descending coronary artery and dual right coronary artery in the same patient.
