Complete Hydatidiform Mole and Coexisting Live Fetus in Dichorionic
Twin Pregnancy: Report of Two Cases

We report two cases of dichorionic twin pregnancies at 14 and 11 weeks, complete hydatidiform mole in the one sac and coexisting live fetus in the other sac. The b-hCG levels of the case 1 and the case 2 was 1.100.000 mIU/ml and 1.200.000 mIU/ml, respectively. After the two patients opted pregnancy termination, suction curettage was performed and b-hCG levels returned to normal level. (Gynecol Obstet Reprod Med 2005; 11:133-134)
