ÖZET
ERKP, endoskopi ve radyografinin beraber kullanıldığı, biliyer ağaç ve pankreatik duktusun görüntülenebildiği bir girişimdir. ERKP, üst gastrointestinal sistemin diğer endoskopik işlemlerine göre komplikasyonları daha fazla olan bir girişimdir. En sık görülen komplikasyonlar arasında pankreatit, hemoraji, kolanjit, perforasyonlar sayılabilir. ERKP endikasyonun iyi belirlenmesi, ERKP yapan uzmanın deneyimli olması ve becerisinin derecesi komplikasyonların önlenmesi açısından olmazsa olmaz bir koşuldur.

Complications of Endoscopic Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and Treatment Approaches
SUMMARY
ERCP has evolved in the last 30 years to become the procedure of choice for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreaticobiliary disorders. ERCP has been known that it has greater potential for procedure related complications than other upper gastrointestinal endoscopic interventions such as pancreatitis, cholangitis, hemorrhage, perforation. That's why, safety remains an issue of major concern with ERCP. The complications seen with ERCP are discussed and therapeutic approach to these complications are also summarized.
