ÖZET

Posterior üretral valv fetal mesane obstrüksiyonunun en sık sebebidir. Bu çalışmada 13. gebelik haftasında erken tespit edilen ve alt üriner sistem obstrüksiyonun tipik ultrasonografi bulgularını gösteren bir olgu sunulmuştur. Olgumuzun ultrasonografi incelemesinde oligohidramnios, mesanede distansiyon ve proksimal üretrada genişleme saptanmıştır. Mesane ve proksimal üretranın distansiyonu ile tipik "anahtar deliği" bulgusu görüntülenmiştir.

SUMMARY

A Case Report: Prenatal Ultrasonographic Findings of Posterior Urethral Valve

Posterior urethal valve is the most common reason for prenatal obstructive uropathy. We present a case that was early diagnosed at the 13th week of the gestastional period showed typical sonographic obstructions findings of the low urinary system. In the sonographic examination of the our case, oligohydroamnios, distantion in the urinary bladder and dilatation in proximal urethra were detected. The typical "key hole" appearance with the distantion of the urinary bladder and the proximal urethra was displayed.
