ÖZET
Graft-Versus-Host hastalığı (GVHH) allogeneik kemik iliği nakli uygulanan hastaların yaklaşık %50'sinde görülen, başta gelen enfeksiyöz olmayan komplikasyonlardan birisidir. GVHH kuru göz bulgularına ve buna bağlı ciddi ön segment komplikasyonlarına yol açabilmektedir. En sık rastlanan oküler belirtiler keratokonjonktivit sikka, skatrisyel lagoftalmus, steril konjonktivit, korneal epitel defektleri, korneal ülserasyon ve korneal 'melting'dir.

Corneal Perforation in a Case with Graft-Versus-Host Disease
SUMMARY
Graft-Versus-Host disease (GVHD) is the major noninfective complication of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation and occurs in about 50% of patients. GVHD may cause severe dry eye symptoms and secondary serious anterior segment complications. The most frequent ocular manifestations of GVHD include keratoconjunctivitis sicca, cicatricial lagophtalmos, sterile conjunctivitis, corneal epithelial defects, corneal ulceration and corneal 'melting'.
