ÖZET

Ektopik gebelik acil Kadın-Doğum pratiğinde karşılaşılan en önemli ve en sık problemlerden biridir. Kliniğimize karın ağrısı şikayeti ile gelen 31 yaşındaki bayan hasta, rüptüre ektopik gebelik tanısı ile acil laparatomiye alındı. Laparotomide, bir tarafta rüptüre ektopik gebelik diğer tarafta rudimenter uterin horn saptandı. Rudimenter uterin horn ekstirpe edildi. Ektopik gebeliğin geliştiği tuba ise korunarak rüptüre yerden gebelik ürünü boşaltılıp hemostaz sağlandı.  İnfertilite tedavisi altındaki nullipar kadınlarda dış gebelik sıklığında anlamlı bir artış vardır. Edinilmiş veya konjenital tuba patolojileri de bir risk faktörüdür. Rudimenter Uterin horn bir Müllerien kanal birleşme anomalisidir. Hastada infertilite ve genital anomali risk faktörü olarak göze çarpmakta, normal uterin hornla ilişkili tubada dış gebelikle, diğer tarafta rudimenter uterin horn varlığının yarattığı ilginç tablo nedeniyle olgu sunuldu.

SUMMARY

Tubal pregnancy with contralateral rudimentary horn: a case report

Ectopic pregnancy is one of the most important and common problem that we run into at the practice of emergent gynecology and obstetrics. A 31 year old woman who came to our clinic with a complaint of abdominal pain was taken to emergent laparotomy with the diagnose of ruptured ectopic pregnancy. In one side of uterus a ruptured tubal pregnancy and in the other side of it rudimentary uterine horn was found in that laparotomy. This rudimentary horn was removed. By protecting the tube, where ectopic pregnancy had developed, the pregnancy product was evacuated in the area of rupture, and homeostasis was successed.  There is a remarkable increase in the nullipara women's frequency of ectopic pregnancy who are under medical treatment of infertility. Acquired and congenital anomalies of tube are also risk factors. Rudimentary uterine horn is a fusion anomaly of Mullerian duct. Being a risk factor, the infertility and genital anomaly is conspicuous at this patient. Related to normal uterine horn, the ectopic pregnancy was occurred in tube, and the other side of uterus rudimentary horn was occurred, as well; consequently, the case was reported due to its being an interesting phenomenon.
