ÖZET

Bu yazımızda gebeliğin üçüncü trimesterinde mezosalpinksdeki kistin neden olduğu izole fallop tüp olgusu sunulmuştur. Akut karın tablosuyla başvuran 21 yaşındaki hasta operasyona alınmış ve sağ fallop tübünün torsiyone olduğu görülerek salpinjektomi yapılmıştır. Gebelikte tubal torsiyona yol açan diğer nedenler ve bu komplikasyonun klinik bulguları tartışılmıştır. Nadir görülmesine rağmen, gebelikte akut karın ayırıcı tanısında izole fallop tüp torsiyonu da gözönünde bulundurulmalıdır.

SUMMARY

Isolated Torsion of the Fallopian Tube During Pregnancy: A Case Report

Isolated torsion of the fallopian tube during the third trimester of pregnancy, caused by a cyst of mesosalpinx, is presented. A 21 year-old primigravid patient underwent operation for acute abdomen and performed salpingectomy. Other causes and clinical features of this complication are discussed. Although uncommon, it should be considered in differential diagnosis of abdominal pain in pregnancy.
