Fuchs Heterokromik Üveit Birlikteliği*

ÖZET
Sağ katarakt operasyonu geçirmiş 30 yaşında bayan hastanın sağ kornea endotelinde yaygın, ince keratik presipiteler ile ön kamarada reaksiyon izleniyordu. İris yüzeyinde kadifemsi görünüm mevcuttu. Sol göz ön segmenti normaldi. Göziçi basıncı sağda yüksek, fundusunda retinitis pigmentosa ile uyumlu bulguları mevcuttu. İris floresein incelemesi ile sağ göz iris radyal damarlarında belirginleşme izlendi. Görme alanında, santral 10 dereceye kadar bilateral periferik daralma mevcuttu. Sistemik incelemede bir patoloji saptanmadı. Topikal tedavi ile göziçi basıncı ve enflamasyon kontrol altına alındı. Seyrek görülse de retinitis pigmentoza beraberinde Fuchs heterokromik üveitinin bulunabileceği, özellikle kataraktı olan retinitis pigmentozalı hastalarda bu yönden dikkat edilmesi gerektiği akılda tutulmalıdır.

The Coexistance of Retinitis Pigmentosa and Fuchs Heterochromic Uveitis
SUMMARY
Thirty-year-old female patient, with history of cataract operation in the right eye, had widespread, fine keratic precipitates in right corneal endothelium and anterior chamber reaction. Iris surface had a welvety appearance with flattened crypts. Anterior segment evaluation of the left eye was normal. Intraocular pressure was high in the right eye, and fundus examination revealed signs in accordance with retinitis pigmentosa. Iris fluorescein analysis demonstrated prominent radial iris vessels. Visual field testing showed bilateral peripheral constriction to 10 degrees centrally. Systemic evaluation was asymptomatic. With topical medication the intraocular pressure and inflammation was controlled. Although not frequently seen it should always be remembered that Fuchs heterochromic uveitis might accompany retinitis pigmentosa, and meticulous examination of patients with cataract should be performed.
