ÖZET
Renovasküler hipertansiyon tedavisinde renal arter darlığına stent uygulaması güvenilir ve etkin bir tedavidir. Hipertansif akut akciğer ödemi ile başvuran ve bilateral renal arter darlığına başarılı bir şekilde stent takılan olgu sunuldu.
