ÖZET
Bu çalışmanın amacı iki taraflı ön keratokonus ve tek taraflı kornea guttata beraberliği olan literatürdeki ikinci olguyu sunmaktır. Yirmi sekiz yaşındaki erkek hastanın biyomikroskopik muayenesinde, keratokonustan daha fazla etkilenen sol gözünün korneasında merkezde birkaç guttata izlendi. Aynı gözde stromadaki skar nedeniyle speküler mikroskop ile endoteli izlemek mümkün olmadı, ancak konfokal mikroskop ile endotelde polimegatizm, pleomorfizm ve guttata mevcuttu. Hastaya sert gaz geçirgen kontakt lens denendi, fakat lens uygulaması başarılı olmadı. Sol korneaya parsiyel penetran keratoplasti uygulandı.

Anterior Keratoconus and Cornea Guttata
SUMMARY
The aim of the study is to report the second case in the literature with bilateral anterior keratoconus and unilateral cornea guttata. At slit lamp examination of a 28-years-old male patient, few guttae were observed at the central cornea of the more severely affected left eye. The endothelium could not be visualized by specular microscopy because of the stromal scarring in the same eye, whereas confocal microscopy examination revealed endothelial polymegathism, pleomorphism and guttae. Rigid gas permeable contact lens was tried for the patient but was not successful. The left eye received a partial penetrating keratoplasty.
