ÖZET
Çift kanallı pilor, akkiz ya da konjenital olabilen nadir bir durumdur. Mide antrumu ile duodenal bulbus arasındaki fistülöz ilişki olarak tanımlanır. Genellikle peptik ülser hastalığına sekonder olarak oluşur ve üst gastrointestinal sistem hastalığına neden olabilir.

An Uncommon Complication of Peptic Ulcer: Double Pylorus
SUMMARY
Double pylorus (DP) is an unusual condition that is either congenital or acquired, and describes a fistulous communication between the gastric antrum and the duodenal bulb. It occurs most commonly secondary to peptic ulcer disease and may lead to upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
