ÖZET

Pulmoner emboli (PE), yatan hastalarda en sık mortalite ve morbidite nedenidir. PE’nin tedavisinde tromboliz, tanılama ve hemşirelik yönetimindeki yeni teknolojik girişimler olduğu için, bu klinik durum da yeniden gözden geçirilmiştir. Bu derlemede amaç, PE ‘nin bugünkü yönetiminde uygulanan terapötik stratejiler ve hemşirelik girişimlerini vurgulamaktır.

SUMMARY

Pulmoner embolism (PE), is a common cause of mortality and morbidity inpatient. Because of the introduction of  new technologies in the diagnosis, assessment, thrombolysis in the treatment of PE and nursing management of this clinical condition is reappraised. The goal of this rewiev was to nursing intervention and therapeutic strategies used in the current management of PE.
