En önemli predispozan faktör antikoagulan tedavi kullanımı olarak rapor edilmiştir. Özellikle son yıllarda akut koroner sendrom tedavisinde daha yoğun antiagregan ve antikoagulan tedavi rejimlerinin kullanılmaya başlanması ile rektus kas hematomu olgularında artış izlenmiştir. Rektus kas hematomu gelişiminde özellikle üzerinde durulan mekanizma; enoxaparinin yanlışlıkla intramuskuler enjeksiyonuna bağlı epigastrik damarların kolay zedelenmesi olarak öne sürülmüştür. Bu yazıda akut koroner sendrom tanısı ile takip edilirken, enoxaparine tedavisinin triceps kas bölgesine uygulanmasına rağmen rektus kas hematomu gelişen bir olgu sunuldu. Anahtar Kelimeler: Rektus kas hematomu, Enoxaparine, Öksürük Rectus Sheat Hematoma Due to Enoxaparine Summary Rectus sheat hematoma is an uncommon condition, that is the result of ruptured epigastric vessels or a direct tear of rectus muscle. Being treated with anticoagulant medicine has been reported as the most important predisposing factor. In recent years, the number of patients with rectus sheath hematoma has been increased as a consequence of increased usage of antiaggregant and anticoagulant therapy, especially for the management of the patients with acute coronary syndromes. The rupture of epigastric vessels due to inadvertent administration of enoxaparine has been proposed as the most emphasized mechanism for the development of rectus sheath hematoma. In this case report, we present a rectus sheath hematoma in a patient with acute coronary syndrome, after administration of enoxaparine into the triceps muscle region.
