Kontakt Lensler 2009-2010 Ayfer KANPOLAT ÖZET Amacımız bütün dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de kontakt lens kullanım oranını arttırmaktır. Yumuşak lenslerde gaz geçirgenliği yüksek silikon hidrojel materyalinin kullanıma girmes ve komplikasyonların en aza inmesi ile daha güvenilir olarak olgularımıza kontakt lens uygulayabilmekteyiz. Sferik, torik, presbiyopik, keratokonus, orto-K, hibrid lenslerde yeni tasarımlar, lens bakım sistemlerinde yeni solüsyonlar üretilmektedir. 2009-2010 yılında dünyada ve ülkemizde kullanıma sunulan gaz geçirgen sert lensler, yumuşak lensler, solüsyonlar, materyale göre kontakt lenslerin ve solüsyonların 2009 yılı kullanım oranları ve dikkat edilecek öneriler sunulmuştur. With the introduction of the high gas permeable silicone hydrogel material, the complications of soft contact lenses significantly decrased which enabled practitioners to use these lenses with greater safety and comfort. New designs in spherical, toric, presbyopic, keratoconus, ortho-K, hybrid contact lenses, and new lens care solutions were produced. In this review, the new rigid gas permeable lenses, soft contact lenses, and solutions released in 2009 and 2010 in our country and in the world, contact lens materials and solutions use rate in 2009, and the recommendations are presented.
