Refraktif Cerrahi Sonrası Kontakt Lensler Tomris ŞENGÖR ÖZET Kontakt lens pratiğinde belki en fazla bilinmeyeni barındıran, en zor fakat o ölçüde de övgüyü hak eden çalışma, kornea cerrahisi sonrası kontakt lens uygulamasıdır. Çünkü her bir olguda hekim, yapısal ve fonksiyonel olarak değişmiş bir yüzey ve daha önemlisi kırgın ve isteksiz bir hasta ile karşı karşıyadır. Diğer taraftan bu konuda hem hasta hem de doktorun isteksiz olması nedeniyle pratik anlamda yeterli bilgi birikiminin olduğu da söylenemez. Bu makalede, ameliyat sonrası dönemde en fazla kontakt lens uygulaması yapılan refraktif cerrahi prosedürleri (Radyal keratotomi (RK), Fotorefraktif keratektomi (PRK), Fototeropatik Keratektomi (PTK), Laser epitelial keratomileusis (LASEK), Laser-asisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) her bir cerrahiye özgü olarak ortaya çıkan topografik, anatomik ve fizyolojik değişiklikler ele alınarak kontakt lens uygulaması bazında tartışılacaktır. In every case, the doctor faced to a surface changed in structure and fonction and also more importantly a patient who is sad and unwilling. On the other hand they dont have enoug practice and knowledge about this field of science because of the same unwillingness of both doctors and patients. In this paper, some of the refractive surgery prosedures such as Radial Keratotomy (RK), Photorefractive Keratectomy (PRK), Phototheuropatic keratectomy (PTK), Laser Epitelial Keratomyleusis (LASEK), Laser-asisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) which are the most antesedent procedures that contact lens fitting is required after the surgery was discussed in spessific topographic, anatomic and physiologic changes which are peculiar to the each procedures.
