Glokomda Yapısal Tanı Yöntemlerindeki Gelişmeler Afsun ŞAHİN, Nilgün YILDIRIM ÖZET Glokom tanısında ve progresyonun takibinde optik sinir başındaki değişiklikler çeşitli yapısal tanı yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmektedir. Hangi yöntemin daha duyarlı ve güvenilir (sensitivite ve spesifite) olduğu konusunda birçok çalışma yapılmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışmalarda yöntemlerin tekrarlanabilirliği, maliyeti, kolay uygulanabilmesi, progresyon analizi yapabilmesi, veri tabanının zengin olması ve glokomu erken saptaması gibi özellikler de değerlendirilmiştir. Bu yazıda glokom tanı ve takibinde kullanılan yapısal tanı testleri son gelişmeler ışığında anlatılmıştır. Numerous research has been conducted regarding the sensitivity and specificity of these diagnostic methods. In addition, these methods have been assessed in terms of their repeatability, costliness, easiness as well as the richness of their data, their ability for early diagnosis and whether or not progression analysis is possible. This article covers the most recent improvements in structural diagnostic tests used in glaucoma diagnosis and follow-up.
