Unilateral İzole Okülomotor Sinir Felci ile Başvuran Hipofiz Adenomu: Olgu Sunumu Necati DURU, Özge SARAÇ, Oktay ALGIN, Nurullah ÇAĞIL ÖZET Okülomotor sinir paralizisi (OMP), hipofiz adenomlarında oldukça nadir bir bulgu olarak adenomun kavernöz sinüse invazyonu sonucu görülebilmektedir. Bu makalede, sol OMP semptomları ile başvuran ve hipofiz adenomu teşhisi konulan bir olguyu sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Otuz üç yaşında erkek hasta sol üst göz kapağı düşüklüğü ile kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Yapılan muayenesinde sol pitozis ve göz hareketlerinde içe, yukarı ve aşağı bakış kısıtlılığı tespit edilmiştir. Manyetik rezonans görüntülemesinde sol kavernöz sinüs invazyonu yapan hipofiz makroadenomu saptanmıştır. Hipofiz adenomunun, OMP ile prezentasyonu literatürde oldukça az sayıda olguda rapor edilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Hipofiz adenomu, Okülomotor sinir felci, Ptozis, MRG Pituitary Adenoma Presenting with Isolated Unilateral Oculomotor Nerve Palsy: A Case Report SUMMARY Oculomotor nerve palsy (OMP) is a rare finding of the pituitary adenoma invading the cavernous sinus. In this article, we aimed to report a case that presented with the symptoms of the left OMP and diagnosed with pituitary adenoma. A 33 year-old male presented to our clinic with left ptosis. His examination revealed left ptosis and restriction of the eye movements in right, up and down gazes. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated pituitary macroadenoma invading the left cavernous sinus. Pituitary adenoma presenting with OMP has been reported in a few cases in the literature.
